Thiago has acted on a wide range of matters including advisory on the management of workforce in Brazil, draft and review of employment agreements and HR Policies, negotiations with unions, advisory on DEI issues, international transference of employees, assistance in expatriation procedures of employees and officers, advisory on pension plans, labor litigation and assistance on labor matters in a variety of corporate operations.
