Advised:

• In structuring the first loan in US dollars granted by BNDES for a renewable energy project, worth more than US$210 million, which involved the issuance of letters of guarantee. The complexity of this project was even greater due to the requirement for offshore guarantees governed by the laws of the state of New York, necessary to support both the BNDES financing and the bank guarantee.
• In structuring the largest loan in US dollars granted by BNDES for a renewable energy project, worth more than US$477 million, which involved the issuance of letters of guarantee. The PPA associated with the project is one of the largest in Latin America dedicated to a single customer and has the potential to supply energy to more than 3 million people.
• In structuring the financing of a wind complex, located in Rio Grande do Norte, with a total capacity of 154 MW, through the issuance of incentivized debentures totaling R$900 million. In addition to the significant size of the transaction, the financing included a sophisticated guarantee structure over the majority of the project's assets.
• In structuring a series of capital market operations aimed at financing 30+ distributed mini-generation electricity generation projects.
