Rachel Delvecchio

Rachel Delvecchio is an associate in the Tax practice of Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown in the São Paulo office. Although Rachel has been focusing her practice on tax litigation matters, she is also engaged in providing legal advice related to taxes on consumption, revenue, income and social security contributions. Rachel is currently a Doctor student at the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC/SP), with focus on Constitutional and Procedural Tax Law, has a master degree from University of the State of Rio de Janeiro (Public Finances and Tax Law), a post graduate degree in Tax Law and Tax Accounting from Instituto Brasileiro de Mercados de Capitais (IBMEC/RJ) and a graduate degree from Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF).
