- Availability searches and portfolio management for trademarks of the third-largest pharmaceutical laboratory in Brazil.
- Obtained trademark registration for a similar mark in the same class of products on behalf of an American chemical company after negotiating the restriction of the scope of a prior third-party registration.
- Developed IP asset defense strategies for a well-known Italian fashion house and a French hospitality group.
- Negotiated and drafted a sell-off agreement on behalf of a leading American direct sales cosmetics company.
- Successfully defended a language school franchisee in a lawsuit over alleged violation of a non-compete clause.
