Tauil & Chequer Advogados advises Itaú BBA on the issuance of BRL 300 million in debentures by CCR Via Costeira

Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown acted as legal counsel to Itaú BBA, in its role as lead coordinator, for the first public offering of debentures issued by CCR Via Costeira, totaling BRL 300 million.
CCR Via Costeira, part of the CCR Group, is responsible for the administration and operation, under a concession regime, of 220 kilometers of the BR-101 Highway in the State of Santa Catarina. The funds raised through the offer will be used by CCR Via Costeira for investments and/or cash reinforcement.
The team was led by partners Luís Montes, from the Banking & Finance practice, and Carlos Motta, from the Capital Markets & Securitization practice. Associates Julia Zarth and Marcella Castellano, from the Banking & Finance practice, were also involved in the transaction.
