Tauil & Chequer Advogados advises Itaú BBA and BB-BI on PetroReconcavo's BRL 650 million debenture issuance

Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown advised Itaú BBA and BB-BI in connection with the public offering of PetroReconcavo's second issuance of simple, non-convertible debentures, totaling BRL 650 million.
