Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown advised UBS Brasil Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários S.A. on the structuring and coordination of EDP São Paulo's 17th debenture issuance, which was carried out through a public offering, in single series, in the amount of R$ 750 million, which will be used to refinance its debts and reinforcement of its working capital.

The operation was led by partner Luis Montes and relied on the work of associate Wilson Jung, both from the Banking and Finance practice.
