Tauil & Chequer Advogados advises Inter DTVM and Concessionária do Aeroporto da Pampulha S.A. on a R$ 50 million issuance of commercial notes

Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown acted as deal counsel for Inter DTVM and Concessionária do Aeroporto da Pampulha S.A. in the structuring and coordination of the concessionaire's 2nd issuance of commercial notes, which was carried out through a public offering, in single series, in the total amount of R$ 50 million, which will be used for the repayment of the commercial notes of its first issuance and for working capital.

The operation was led by partner Luis Montes and included the work of associates Wilson Jung and Paulo Hirata, all from the Banking and Finance practice.
