Tauil & Chequer Advogados advises Eneva on its most recent financing, totaling R$ 2.5 billion

Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown advised Eneva on its latest financing, totaling R$ 2.5 billion, through the issuance of debentures, divided into four series, with the first two being incentivized, focusing on investments in infrastructure, and the other two institutional, aimed at optimizing Eneva's capital structure. The transaction was carried out by six of Brazil's most prominent banks.
