Tauil & Chequer Advogados assessorou a Lavvi na distribuição de CRIs no valor de R$ 202 milhões

Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown advised Lavvi Empreendimentos Imobiliários S.A. on the public offering of Real Estate Receivables Certificates (CRIs) issued by Opea Securitizadora S.A., totaling approximately BRL 202 million.
The CRIs are backed by real estate credits originating from Lavvi’s second private issuance of registered commercial notes. The public distribution of the CRIs was coordinated by Itaú BBA, Bradesco BBI, and Banco Safra.
The transaction was led by partners Bruno Cerqueira and Rodolfo Tella, with the participation of associate Camila Torelli, all from the Capital Markets practice.
