Tauil & Chequer Advogados advised Priner Serviços Industriais on the issuance of BRL 200 million in debentures

Tauil & Chequer Advogados associated with Mayer Brown advised Priner on the 2nd issuance of simple debentures, non-convertible into shares, in the amount of BRL 200 million. The debentures were placed through a public offering, under the terms of CVM Resolution 160, coordinated by Itaú BBA.
The operation was led by partner Rodolfo Tella and included the participation of associates Stephanie Carmo and Camilla Hehnes, all from the Capital Markets & Securitization practice.
