Advised:

  • Vinci Partners (through its fourth private equity fund) in the acquisition of a controlling stake in Bloomin’ Brands’s Brazilian operations. Vinci will hold 67% of the operations, while the American company remains a shareholder with 33%. The company operates three restaurant brands in Brazil: Outback (174 units), Abbraccio (17 units), and Aussie (2 units).
  • Kilima, an asset fund and shareholder of Oakberry, in connection with the BRL 325 million investment in Oakberry by investment funds managed by BTG Pactual.
  • Zeg Biogás e Energia S.A. and its shareholders in the agreement for the sale of 50% of Zeg’s share capital to Vibra Energia S.A., a publicly traded company in the sustainable energy sector.
  • Nuvini, software company holding, in a business combination agreement between the Nuvini Group and the Mercato SPAC, valued at USD 312 million. The new company operate under the Nuvini brand and its shares are listed on the Nasdaq exchange under the symbol NVNI.
